  Alan Scott
President and CEO

Alan Scott, CCIM, is co-Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, Inc. (CBC Almar), one of San Diego, California's leading commercial brokerage real estate firms.  One of the region's most distinguished commercial real estate professionals, Mr. Scott's 40-year career includes executive positions with several leading brokerage firms and the completion of nearly $1 billion in transactions, including nationwide portfolios, net leased investments, multifamily, office, industrial and retail investment properties.

Mr. Scott's entrepreneurial vision and forward-thinking leadership have played a key role in CBC Almar's fast rise to becoming Coldwell Banker Commercial's "Number One" affiliate in the nation for the last six consecutive years.  Founded in May 1999, CBC Almar has completed more than $3 billion in sales and leases, representing millions of square feet of properties in the San Diego, North County and Temecula regions of California.  In just eight years, the firm has grown under his management from a small brokerage with 10 sales professionals operating only in North County and Temecula, to a company of 60 employees, including 45 sales professionals, successfully doing business throughout all of San Diego County.

At the helm of the organization, Mr. Scott oversees corporate strategic planning, business development and strategic implementation, while lending his sophisticated, transactional expertise to the firm's complex and high-profile investment sales and leasing assignments for institutional and private investors.

CBC Almar's continued high performance has earned the group recognition with Coldwell Banker Commercial's sixth consecutive, annual Commercial Elite Award in 2006 - one of the highest and most prestigious honors that any Coldwell Banker Commercial affiliate can achieve.

Previously, Mr. Scott served as senior vice president and managing director of investment services for Wilson Mile High Corporation in San Diego.  During his tenure there, Scott was involved in investment acquisition and disposition engagements totaling $165 million.

Mr. Scott's prior experience includes serving as senior vice president and Western States director of institutional services for Grubb & Ellis Company, following a 20-year tenure with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services in San Diego, where he was progressively promoted to executive vice president and chief operating officers of the Capital Markets Group.  Mr. Scott also spent several years with CB Investment Properties, a Coldwell Banker commercially owned entity, where he earned the title of vice president and regional marketing director, Western United States.

Scott graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration.  He is a licensed real estate broker with the State of California, and holds a CCIM designation.  He is currently an active member with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC)%2C the San Diego Apartment Rental Owner's Association, the National Apartment Rental Owners' Association, and the National Multi-Housing Council.

  Allen L. Nunez
Executive Vice President

 The basic philosophy that drives Allen L. Nunez and his business plan for success is based on the key fundamentals of a disciplined work schedule, persistent communication and most importantly, a concentrated desire to service the client.

Over the last two decades, Mr. Nunez has maintained a successful career in the Temecula region in the commercial real estate industry and has become known as a leading expert industrial broker.  His keen local market knowledge has led his peers with honors such as representing an annual average of 500,000 square feet of improved/planned industrial developement and approximately 700+ acres of un-entitled or improved industrial land and has earned him the distinguished distinction of "Top Consistent Achiever" within Temecula's Coldwell Banker Commercial office.

In May 1999, Mr. Nunez further expanded his real estate career and became Co-Principal of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group, a franchise of Coldwell Banker Commercial.  Almar Real Estate Group is a full-service brokerage firm providing  Southern California commercial specialized service throughout three offices:  Temecula, Carlsbad and San Diego Central (UTC).  Service-oriented and a disciplined work schedule has led to the success of many of the projects exclusively represented by Mr. Nunez.  It is anticipated that this expertise, combined with thorough market knowledge and client dedication, will continue to enhance and contribute to the success of commercial real estate opportunities represented by Mr. Nunez and the team of Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group.

2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006:  Coldwell Banker Commercial National Global Award - Circle of Distinction.  Annual Coldwell Banker Commercial sales award achieved consistently since 1999.  The Circle of Distinction is the most prestigious honor an individual can receive within the Coldwell Banker Commercial board.

2004:  Mentor/Protege of the Year Award.  As mentor, Mr. Nunez was awarded this award which is presented annually at the National Coldwell Banker Commercial Global Conference.  As Mentor of the Year, Mr. Nunez is recognized for demonstrating leadership qualities by formally guiding collegue(s) to successful practices in the commercial real estate industry.

Thomas A. Worth
Managing Partner/Sales Manager

 Tom Worth is a managing partner for Coldwell Banker Commercial Almar Real Estate Group.  His primary duties are sales management, broker recruitment, business development, profit center management and marketing.  Mr. Worth's main focus is on the North County and San Diego Towne Centre offices.

Mr. Worth brings a wealth of commercial real estate knowledge to the position.  His 29 years of experience includes real estate development, investment sales, leasing, construction management and property management.  Previously he served as Project Manager and Property Manager for SENTRE Partners, Inc., where he managed construction, marketing and leasing.

Previous experiences include three years as President and Owner of Worth Marine Products, Inc., two years as teh Marketing Manager for Insignia/ESG, and ten years as Senior Vice President for CB Commercial/Koll Management Services, where he was the managing officer for Investment Sales and Leasing.

Mr. Worth earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Louis Obispo with an emphasis in Industrial Technology, Construction Engineering, and Architecture & Environmental Design.  He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California.  Mr. Worth is currently a member of the UCSD Connect Committee, San Diego Yacht Club and Starlings Volleyball Clubs, USA, serving as a Board member of the fundraising committee.

Mr. Worht and his wife of twenty-nine years, Vicki live with their two daughters and enjoy living in the beach locale.  In his spare time, he relishes playing beach volleyball, tennis, sailing and restoring classic cars.
